FITTING AND HANGING KIT
This frame includes Regular Glass, Acid-Free Foam Backing, a Wire Hanging Kit (for horizontal or vertical display), Felt Bumpers, and a Wall Hook. Need Conservation Glass? Leave a note in the Personalization box.

PLEASE NOTE:
The size of the frame corresponds to the artwork it is designed to hold. For example, if your artwork is 8x10, be sure to order an 8x10 frame.
Every frame we build includes an industry-standard 1/8" allowance, providing a perfect fit for your artwork.
The visible area of your artwork will be approximately 1/2 inch smaller than the frame size. For instance, the visible area of an 8x10 frame may be about 7.5x9.5. This is due to the lip of the frame that secures the glass and artwork in place.

SELECTING YOUR FRAME SIZE
Easily select your frame size by using the dropdown. You can select any size picture frame from 8x8 - 18x24. If you need a more specific frame size like 8.5x8.5, choose the closest size (Long Side & Short Side) from the dropdown, then enter: "Please cut 8.5x8.5." in the personalization box. Example: Select 8x8, then request "Please cut 8.5x8.5." Note: We add a 1/8" allowance to all frame measurements to allow for a perfect fit.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 continental United States. At this time, shipping outside the continental United States is not available.
Our custom built frames ship within 3-5 business days.
We want to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible; however, please note that we have no control over how long a package may take to be delivered once it is with the carrier. We will provide a tracking number as soon as your item ships so you can track its progress.
