ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
A.) USING THE DROP DOWN MENU SELECTIONS
- Select Frame Dimension (Mat Outside)
- Choose Mat Color (see color charts)

B.) Add Your Personalization (Window Size)
- Enter Mat Window Size in the text box (Windows are cut ¼” smaller for overlap)
If you selected a “Custom Up To…” frame dimension, enter the frame dimension first (Mat Outside)

EXAMPLE:
Frame: 12x14
Window: 8x10 (we cut ¼” smaller”)
Window Exact: 8x10 (we cut exact size)

PLEASE NOTE: All mat windows are cut ¼” smaller than the ordered size to ensure the mat overlaps your art print or photo image. If you prefer an exact cut, please state “WINDOW EXACT:” followed by the desired size, and we will cut the mat window to your desired dimensions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not accept returns for custom-cut mats. If your mat arrives damaged, please message us with photos of both the mat and the packaging, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
